Let's say if I have 102 students in my centre, does it mean that I have to purchase any of the offered package of more than 100 students?
In this case, we would charge you the price for 100 students and below. We won't count the 2 extra students.
If I would like to have more than 2 users to have the access to the system, what would be the price?
The price for additional user is USD 5/user or MYR30/user for all packages offered.
What is a ticket and how do I use it?

As for the one-time billing, is training fee included? Can you reconsider the price?
Yes, training fee is included. We reckon you to explore the system on your own and list down all your enquiries. Then, send us your enquiry via email and we will conduct a training based on it. The training fee will be charged according to the duration spent in the training session.
Since all data is stored in your server, I am wondering if my computer breaks down and I need the information, can you guys retrieve it for me?
Your data accessibility is not only limited to computers but it also can be accessed by any Internet device. So you can access your system anytime, anywhere.
What about the security level? Is my data going to be safe? Can we print the hard-copy?
It is best said that all your data is in a great care as the security level is high. You can print the hard-copy if you wish to with all the reports that we have.
What if I enter the wrong password? What would I do?
If you are still in trial mode, you can send us an email to request us to reset the password for you. However, if you are already subscribed, you would have to provide an official letter with letterhead in order for us to reset the password.
Does SimTrain Saas support fingerprint scanner to take student's attendance?
Unfortunately, SimTrain SaaS does not support the device.
Can we use ICV or PIC claims ?
We are not ICV registered but PIC claims are possible as some of our Singapore customers managed to make the claims successfully.
Is it compulsory for us to purchase the training?
It's not compulsory for you to do so as this system is a self-learning based where user learns the system by heart through the online support material that we provided.
What is the difference between Sales and Collection?
Sales is made when the students are registered for their subjects but payment is yet to be received whilst collection is made when the students make their payment.
Why does my screen show blank page once I'm logged in?
You can always add the widgets by clicking the Widgets Settings.
How to add Year and generate Period?
It's in Setup module > Master data icon > Add/Edit Year >
Add the year in and save
The same goes to period but you can only generate period once
How to upgrade student level?
Student level can be upgraded by:
SimTrain > Transaction icon > Upgrade Student Level
I don't want all students to be upgraded since some did not pass their final exam. What should I do?
You still can upgrade all and for those that you wish not to upgrade, you can always change their standard afterwards.
A student has stopped going to my centre but he still has outstanding payment in due. Is there anyway to remove it?
Open the outstanding payment of the student > Click on the item/subject> Click Edit button > In unit price input field, insert the amount of the outstanding payment.
Why can't I filter cashier in Fees Collection Report?
It's because the user does not have the access right to Setup module so he or she must ask from the admin to have the permission to do so.
How to view unregistered student?
There is a shortcut icon of unregistered student in which you can tick the widget and click save. It will appear on your dashboard in which you can view easily.
How to prevent my employee to change their attendance hour?
You can block the permission by going to Setup module > Add/edit permission > Employee group > Employee attendance > Untick 'edit' and click Save.
Cannot access into the system. Pop out error "Access denied! You can't log into system at this moment."
It is due to set control user login time being set to a particular hour.
How to change my email in the system?
You can do that in Setup module > Master Data > Add/Edit user.
Click on that user and a pop up box will appear. Fill in the new email address.
Why are some reports unable to be viewed in enquiry mode?
Only reports with PDF version is supported with enquiry mode.
How about the payment gateway?
Our payment gateway is using Paypal, we not stole your credit card information.
